Little Learners
(baby only program)

This program is for babies birth to one year old, it is  held once a week for 90 minutes.  A place to come meet other parents chat, play and sing some favourite songs. Some weeks we will include expert speakers on topics such as post-natal fitness, nutrition, baby dental concerns, infant safety, infant massage, sleep issues, returning to work and more!
